Why I Chose Transformative Coaching
I have felt a deep connection with spirituality and mysticism from a young age. Growing up, I loved collecting crystals, going to psychic fairs with my mom, and reading books about energy and auras. However, I also had a strong interest in psychology, evolutionary science, and the workings of the human mind.
These interests seemed to contradict each other. I often wondered, Who am I meant to be? What is my purpose? I struggled to envision my true self and my future.
Eventually, I made the “practical” decision to obtain my Ph.D. in psychology and later enter corporate America as a user experience researcher in tech. While I thought I could create a fulfilling life, I kept facing periods of burnout, stress, and discontent.
Yep, I’ve been where you are—struggling to find fulfillment. Then, in 2020, I experienced a profound healing and transformational experience with energy healing, meditation, and psychedelic plant medicines. I finally realized the importance of integrating my spiritual and scientific sides to understand my true purpose.
I started helping individuals with energy healing, which is still prevalent in my current work as a transformational coach. Now, I integrate energy work with holistic coaching, intuition, and elements of psychology to provide clients with practical skills and tools that empower them to live authentically and create harmony and peace within themselves and the world.
What is Transformative Coaching?
Transformative coaching focuses on facilitating inner change and living in alignment with your values and what you truly desire. It involves changing how you think and navigate the world and making necessary changes from the inside out using techniques such as psycho-spiritual assessments (for example, I evaluate one’s energetic frequency using color), vision boarding, journaling, and meditation.
